New online resource follows increased demand for Garage Gurus’ services, the comprehensive website providing customers with a host of assets to make their automotive roles easier
Kontich, Belgium, 18.02. 2022: Garage Gurus, the technical support service operated by Tenneco Inc’s global aftermarket business group, DRiV, is increasing its support to those working at the heart of the automotive aftermarket with the launch of its brand-new website – www.garagegurus.tech/en-gb/.
The new online resource is designed to benefit technicians, garage owners and parts distributors throughout the EMEA region, being available in nine languages – English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, German, Russian, Polish and Czech –and designed to help provide the skills, training and knowledge that are required to efficiently complete quality repairs, optimize customer satisfaction and reduce warranty claims.
The new website acts as a hub for Garage Gurus and its build follows increased demand for the company’s services. In 2020, and despite the challenges of working during a global pandemic that caused unprecedented disruption to the automotive sector, its team of experts delivered training to over 35,000 people and helped solve 25,000 issues for customers.
Providing access to a host of free content that includes installation guides, technical tips and diagnostic videos, all of which are supported by some of the most well-known automotive component brands, such as Monroe, Ferodo and MOOG, the new website complements the four ‘pillars’ of assistance that Garage Gurus provides to customers:
- On-Call: a dedicated technical support call center that is available to help with product information, installation issues and warranty queries via phone or e-mail ([email protected]), with the Garage Gurus team able to respond in English, Spanish, French and German.

The content will be continually updated in line with customer feedback and the expert insight of the Garage Gurus master technician team, who will use their industry knowledge to identify trends and emerging technologies that may affect mechanics in their everyday roles. For example, the Garage Gurus On-The-Go may discover through customer visits that garage personnel require additional training. For instance, the subject of electric vehicle maintenance is one that they may require assistance with.
